We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, suppose for any reason you are unsatisfied or wish to cancel your order. In that case, you may return any item in its original condition, unworn or unused, for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery. Used items can not be returned unless it occurs at a manufacturer’s fault. Cosmetic items can not be returned unless unused and still in original condition. Jewellery can not be returned unless it has not been used or worn due to hygiene reasons, also garments like swimming costumes.
Refunds will only be given for the amount of the item/items, and we will not cover the postage cost of returning them.

Late Returns
Your purchase should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion. Please take care trying on any clothing items, as they must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags/labels still attached.
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is defective when you receive it, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
